Allgemeine Reservierungsbedingungen
Sehr geehrte Urlauber und Urlauberinnen,
bitte beachten Sie unsere nachfolgenden Reservierungsbedingungen:
Vertragsabschluss
Die gewünschte Reservierung wird erst nach schriftlicher Bestätigung durch den Campingpark Sanssouci und ggf. nach Eingang der Zahlung beiderseitig rechtsverbindlich. Sie gilt ausschließlich für den schriftlich bestätigten Zeitraum. Abweichungen von der Reservierungsbestätigung bedürfen grundsätzlich der Schriftform.
Zahlung
Nach Zugang der Zahlungsaufforderung beim Gast wird der gesamte Reisepreis sofort fällig. Bei Überweisungen von Zahlungen, sind unbedingt Kundennummer und Name wie in der Zahlungsaufforderung mitgeteilt, als Verwendungszweck anzugeben. Gebündelte Zahlungen zu mehreren Buchungen sind nicht gewünscht und werden zurück überwiesen und storniert. Nicht zuordnungsbare Zahlungen werden zurück überwiesen und Buchungen storniert. Bei spontanen Anreisen bzw. Buchungen wird der gesamte Übernachtungspreis sofort fällig. Stellplätze sowie Mietobjekte, die durch vorzeitige Abreise frei werden, können durch den Campingparkohne Anrechnung anderweitig vergeben werden. Eine Erstattung bei vorzeitiger Abreise erfolgt nicht.
Entgelt
Die vom Campinggast zu zahlenden Preise ergeben sich aus den jährlich aktualisierten Preislisten des Campingparks. Der Gast hat sich über die im Anmeldezeitraum geltenden Preise für die angebotenen Leistungen zu informieren.
Der Campingpark weist auf seine Verpflichtung hin, vom Campinggast die Übernachtungssteuer entsprechend der geltenden Verordnung der Stadt Potsdam einzuziehen. Die Übernachtungssteuer ist am Abreisetag fällig.
Die in der Onlinebuchung genannten Preise gelten als Preisinformation und sind nicht verbindlich. Irrtümer und Änderungen vorbehalten.
Rücktritt/ Stornierung
Bis zum Anreisetermin können Sie jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Zur Vermeidung von Missverständnissen können wir jedoch nur schriftliche Stornierungen berücksichtigen.
Im Falle eines Rücktritts von einer anzahlungspflichtigen Kategorie werden folgende Stornosätze von der geleisteten Zahlung berechnet:
Anreisetag: 100 %;
bis 7 Tage vor Anreise: 80 %;
zwischen 1 Woche und 4 Wochen vor Anreise: 50 %;
länger als 4 Wochen vor Anreise: kostenfrei
Reiserücktrittsversicherung
Eine Rücktrittsversicherung bietet Ihnen nicht nur Schutz bei Stornierung, sondern auch bei einem unerwarteten Abbruch der Reise. Gerne können Sie eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung bei der Allianz Versicherung, Herr Werner, Teterower Ring 37, 12619 Berlin abschließen (siehe Allianz Reiserücktrittsversicherung), damit Ihre Stornogebühren z.B. im Krankheitsfall gedeckt sind.
Anreise
Die Anreisezeit ist zwischen 12 Uhr und 18 Uhr. Bitte geben Sie uns Bescheid, wenn Sie nach 18 Uhr anreisen sollten, damit wir Ihre Buchung aufrechterhalten können. Unsere Rezeption ist bis 19 Uhr für Sie besetzt.
Anreise vor 12 Uhr
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anreise erst ab 12 Uhr möglich ist. Wenn Sie bereits vor 12 Uhr anreisen möchten, wird eine Early Bird Gebühr in Höhe von 12,00 Euro fällig. Eine Frühanreise ist nur nach vorheriger Absprache und frühestens ab 9 Uhr möglich.
Anreise nach 19 Uhr
Unsere Rezeption ist bis 19 Uhr für Sie besetzt. Sollten Sie nach 19 Uhr anreisen, geben Sie uns bitte Bescheid. Nach voriger Absprache erhalten Sie Ihre Stellplatznummer per E-Mail oder telefonischer Auskunft. Bitte beachten Sie, dass unser Eingangstor zur Nachtruhe um 22 Uhr geschlossen wird. Danach können Sie auf der Parkfläche vor dem Tor übernachten und am Folgetag in der Rezeption einchecken. Zu Fuß kommen Sie auch während der Nachtruhe auf unser Gelände, um die sanitären Anlagen zu nutzen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir für eine Übernachtung vor dem Eingangstor ebenfalls die üblichen Übernachtungsgebühren in Rechnung stellen.
Anreise Ferienzimmer & Weinfässer
Die Anreisezeit ist zwischen 15 Uhr und 18 Uhr. Bitte geben Sie uns Bescheid, wenn Sie nach 18 Uhr anreisen sollten. Unsere Rezeption ist bis 19 Uhr für Sie besetzt. Bei späterer Anreise wird der Zimmerschlüssel nach Absprache für den Gast zugänglich hinterlegt.
Hinweis: Leider sind Tiere in unseren Mietunterkünften nicht gestattet.
Nichtanreise
Stellplätze sowie Mietobjekte, die durch Nichtanreisen ohne Meldung nicht belegt werden, können durch den Campingpark ohne Anrechnung anderweitig vergeben werden. Erstattungen von bereits geleisteten Zahlungen sind ausgeschlossen.
Hunde / Haustiere
Auf Spielplätzen, in den Sanitärgebäuden (außer Hundedusche) und in den Mietobjekten sind Hunde nicht erlaubt. Es besteht Leinenpflicht auf dem Gelände und den Campingstellplätzen.
Gruppen und alleinanreisende Kinder & Jugendliche
Gruppen und Jugendliche werden nur nach gesonderter Absprache aufgenommen, das gilt nicht für Familien. Alleinreisende Kinder und Jugendliche werden nur bei Vorlage einer schriftlichen Einverständniserklärung der Erziehungsberechtigten unter Vorbehalt aufgenommen. Eine Fürsorge-, Aufsichts- oder Obhutspflicht seitens des Campingparks Sanssouci wird in solchen Fällen ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
Zusätzliche Leistungen
Die gewünschte Buchung von zusätzlichen Leistungen (z.B. ein privates Mietbadezimmer oder Aufbettung im Ferienzimmer) erfolgt nach Verfügbarkeit und wird erst nach schriftlicher Bestätigung durch den Campingpark Sanssouci beiderseitig rechtsverbindlich.
Sonstiges
Beachten Sie bitte, dass spezielle Stellplatzwünsche bei der Reservierung nur gemäß freier Kapazitäten berücksichtigt werden können. Wir bemühen uns, besondere Platzwünsche zu erfüllen, behalten uns aber für den Ausnahmefall das Recht vor, eine Umbuchung auf einen anderen Stellplatz vorzunehmen.
Irrtümer
Der Campingpark behält sich vor, Irrtümer bzw. Druck- und Rechenfehler zu berichtigen.

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for general protection when transmitting personal data and other confidential content. Nevertheless, we point out that Internet-based data transmission has security gaps, so that complete protection against access by third parties is impossible. Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
Server data
For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our server provider will be collected, especially to ensure a secure and stable website: These server log files record the type and version of your browser, operating system, the website from which you came (referrer URL), the webpages on our site visited, the date and time of your visit, as well as the IP address (in anonymized form) from which you visited our site.
